Yes indeed, it’s almost that time of year again. We can’t wait to put up the Christmas tree (luckily it can be done extra early). That’s why we started looking for the cutest Christmas decorations for the tree. After all, it’s never too early for inspiration.
BAUBLES WITH DRIED FLOWERS
Not only a trend in the living room, but also in the Christmas tree. We see beautiful dried flowers everywhere, so how fun is it to incorporate them into the tree? Extra fun: you can also make them yourself. Buy transparent Christmas balls and put a small set of dried flowers in them.
AN STRIKE THERE
Rather not have a tree full of baubles? Then a bow is a perfect alternative. Buy the prettiest ribbons and tie them around the branches. The advantage is that you can tie them wherever you want. No more fumbling with baubles that just don’t fill that one hole. Of course, you can also combine them with balls in the same (or a complementary) color.
YOUR FAVORITE SNACK
It may sound a bit crazy, but candy canes and Christmas wafers are no longer the only form of food we see on the Christmas tree. Above all, look for your favorite dish or snack in Christmas ball form, and hang it in the tree. A HEMA smoked sausage or tompouce, anyone? We also saw sushi, avocado, hamburgers, champagne glasses and even an entire fast food menu.
VILLA CAKE
Replace the standard baubles with Christmas decorations with bright colors or eye-catching prints and the Christmas tree becomes a real eye-catcher. This tree is guaranteed to cheer you up during the dark days.
FLOWERS IN THE HOUSE
Bring summer into your home (yes, even in December) by adding beautiful flowers to your Christmas tree. Match the colors of the flowers with the rest of the decorations and you have a beautiful full Christmas tree.
Create a party table
Tip: Choose a complete party line in the theme of your choice. That means not only balloons and garlands, but also plates, cups, napkins, straws and a festive tablecloth. Turn your living room or kitchen table into a real party table.

Balloons
What’s a party without balloons? Anyone with children knows the answer: that’s not a party. Every year it is a regular thing in many families to hang balloons with the age of the birthday boy or girl. You need balloons when your child turns a year older. With letter balloons (Dutch: ballonnen) you can make the party decoration (Dutch: feestversiering) even more personal. These days there are also balloons with confetti in them to add a little more to the festivities. If you don’t want to run out of breath yourself, invest in a helium tank. With this you can inflate many balloons in a short time and make sure you have enough energy yourself to keep the party going.
