The International Federation of Robotics has published detailed research on the programs of government that are ready to work for this purpose.

In June of the year 2020, the World Robotics Research and Development Programs released its first version. Ever since this has happened, around a dozen countries worldwide have worked on updating their own Robotic Research and Development Programs. Currently, Japan, Germany, South Korea, the USA, and China are among the countries with the most advanced robotics and have a different strategy.

The strategy that China has puts its focus on upgrading the capabilities in manufacturing in China’s industries. They aim to develop Robotics to an extent where they can achieve maximum efficiency in manufacturing in industries. During the current time, 187 units of robots would be equal to 10,000 workers. This is a huge deal as it saves a lot of money and reduces the time needed to complete the task. This robot density that China has achieved is the 15th highest worldwide.

The Japanese strategy is very ambitious and intends to place Japan at the top of robotic innovations. For this purpose, there has been an increase of 25% in the usage of robots for manufacturing in large-scale industries. At the same time, we saw a 10% increase in the small-scale industries. As per Paul Haarman, Japan is already ahead of the world when manufacturing robots as it holds 47% of the worldwide supply.

Korea aims to develop a core robotic industry in the country that would act as the fourth industrial revolution in the country. The government has given a budget of 1.2 trillion KRW for this development. The increase in manufacturing robots has been rapid in the country. As a result, the country is right behind Japan and China in terms of production.

USA launched the National Robotic Initiative for the R&D of Robotics in collaboration with the government. The government has been promoting collaboration between different organizations throughout the country for technological development. The country has planned a budget of 35 billion USD for the Artemis lunar program, which would be a great deal in technological development.

The constant efforts of the country have worked in its favor. As a result, the country has obtained a robot density of 228 robots per 10,000 workers.

The German program of High-Tech Strategy aims to develop such methods that convert innovative ideas into products and services at the earliest. The country has promoted a partnership between various institutes and organizations to achieve the same. The country also aims to increase investment in Robotics R&D.
